unfortunately no time at all at the moment. having some visitors
from abroad and very busy with university (not necessarily studying).
so just a short note for a new song of the moment, it's "evil dance"
by the longcut. I like the little experimental-punk attitude and the
line "i thought that i was lost and i was scared to hell. i'm happy i was
wrong. i'm happy i was wrong." yippee!

key to my heart? - i don't think so

seit einiger zeit baumelt an meiner kette ein kleines vorhängeschloss.
kürzlich fragte mich ein freund, wer denn den schlüssel zu diesem
schloss und somit zu meinem herzen hat. als wenn's so einfach wäre.
das schloss ist von einer alten diddl-spardose von vor zirka 10 jahren
und ist mit jeder haarnadel, büroklammer usw. zu öffnen.
so einfach ist es.

leonardo forever

florence welch

recently i interviewed florence welch from florence and the machine.
during the interview the singer was wearing an old titanic t-shirt,
which she had just found in berlin. leonardo dicaprio is holding kate
winslet in his arms. just reminded me, that i had such a t-shirt myself,
when i was thirteen. i made it with an iron-on applique from a youth
magazine. unfourtunately i gave it away some years ago...

yeah, we have band!

.....we have band in arena, vienna, austria...........................................................................................
not in the mood for writing a long review of the concert,
however the atmosphere was great, the music good and
the band nice, so no regrets at all!

we have band vs patrick wolf

ohhh noo! es zerspringt mir fast das herz, dass patrick wolf
heute in wien spielt und ich nicht hingehe und das sogar
absichtlich.
1. weil vor nicht zu langer zeit erst in hamburg gesehen
2. weil stattdessen das konzert von we have band, einer
britische band, die ich vor geraumer zeit im netz entdeckt
habe und deren lied "oh" mittlerweile auch seinen weg ins
radio gefunden hat, besucht wird.
oh, oh, hope, they are worth it...

in a nutshell: i can't decide whether to go to see patrick wolf or we have band in concert tonight, well i'll check out we have band, cause i have been to patrick wolf concert in summer anyway, but still i'm a bit nervous about my decision.

crystal, das lieblingsaccessoire von bands wie
castles, stilts oder antlers, hat eine neue schallquelle
entdeckt, die fighters und zusammen ergeben sie die
crystal fighters. noch ohne wikipedia eintrag, dafür
auf dem letzten kitsuné sampler vertreten und
somit quasi geadelt, klingt das lied "xtatic truth"
nach dem ekstatischen taumel einer durchtanzten
nacht im wald, wunderbar!
